TERMS OF SALE:
The following sales and delivery terms apply to all online deliveries from mignis.com to B2C customers.
The terms apply in the absence of any other written agreements between you (the buyer) and mignis.com.
PRICE AND PAYMENT:
In this web shop you can order your items online and pay with following cards: Dankort, VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, eDankort, VISA Electron, JCB cards. All prices shown on our website mignis.com are incl. VAT. The amount is deducted from the cardholder’s account when sending your order. We can never withdraw a larger amount than the amount you (the buyer) have approved.
DELIVERY TIME AND TRANSPORT:
Delivery of goods from mignis.com is deemed to have occurred when the consumer has received the goods.
We ship by local carrier. If the package is visibly damaged upon receipt, this must be notified to the forwarder immediately after receipt as well mignis.com in writing.
Orders to other countries than Denmark, should be aware of freight rate as this can vary depending on the country you order to. Additional freight will be disclosed to the customer before shipment, so it is possible to cancel the order.
The delivery time is typically 2-6 business days if the item is in stock in the desired color / variant.
The stated delivery time is an estimate. Our goal is to deliver 95% of all goods within the estimated delivery time, but unfortunately there may be deviations. Mignis.com will contact you if we cannot meet the expected delivery time.
If the package is not picked up within the given time frame or you type an error in your address, mignis.com will charge a small freight fee for additional delivery.
If you want the package placed at the address, please note this in the “Comments” section of the order process – if you do so the package is placed on your own risk from the time the package is delivered to the address.
This means that you are responsible for the damage or disappearance of the product after it has been handed over. Remember that you can always write to firstname.lastname@example.org to get a tracking number for your package.
Upon receipt of items purchased at mignis.com the liability is yours (the buyer). When you receive goods from a web shop, you should check the packaging immediately upon receipt for visible damage. If the package is damaged upon receipt please let us know as soon as possible by e-mail email@example.com or by phone +45 7172 9192.
To avoid any doubt as to where the damage might have happened, please notify the forwarder immediately.
In case of minor damages to the package and you (the buyer) consider it is safe to receive the package, please make sure to note this on the shipping slip.
If any doubt about freight damage pls. Refer to below guideline:
- Keep the packaging as this can be used as documentation for claims against the freight company.
- Take photos of the damage
- Please contact mignis.com for further information.
All items in the webshop are indicated with the stock status. This is manually updated and is always indicative.
In some cases, you may find that a product is in stock, even though it might be temporarily out of stock.

mignis.dk trades in accordance with the guidelines and laws established by the National Consumer Agency of Denmark. Complaints can be made in accordance with the rules established by the Danish Sale of Goods Act. This means that you can make a complaint of defects and faults in the product, which has occurred within 24 months after the purchase. This does, however, not apply to defects, damages or wear caused by misuse, lacking maintenance or ordinary wear and tear.

When returning, please ensure that the goods are properly packaged, as you are responsible for the package / goods until we receive it.
Our products are classified under dangerous goods and must be returned with a freight company which can handle this type of goods. Please label the package:
If you regret the purchase of an item, you must cover the freight cost to send back the item to us. You can not regret simply by avoiding picking up the item. You must always report that you wish to return the purchase. The cost of not collecting the item will be deducted from the purchase price.
The item must be shipped to us within 2 weeks after you have notified us of the cancellation.
If you regret your purchase, you will of course get a refund for the same amount paid. In the case of a depreciation you are liable for an appropriate amount will be deducted.
If you wish to return your purchase, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but no additional costs due to your choice of delivery other than the cheapest form of standard delivery we offer) without undue delay and in any case within 2 weeks from the date we have received notice of your decision to return the purchase.
The amount will always be transferred to the same payment method with which you paid the purchase. If you paid by credit card, the purchase amount will be refunded to the payment card you used for your purchase. We can withhold the refund until we have received the return, unless you have submitted documentation for signed delivery.
Note: You may lose your purchase amount. This happens if the value of the product is impaired due to:
- You have already started using the product
- You damaged it
- You have handled the item differently than it was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and manner of the goods.

The founder and staff at mignis.com have access to the information that is registered about you. The data manager at mignis.com is Founder, Mikael Skjoldager.
Information given to www.mignis.com is not disclosed or sold to third parties in any way, and we do not detect any personal sensitive information. The personal data are registered at mignis.com (c / o FuzzyLab ApS) and are kept for five years after which the information is deleted.
We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data.
The companies only deal with information on our behalf and cannot use them for their own purposes.
We only work with companies, that provide a high level of data safety.
As registered with mignis.com, you are always entitled to object to the registration.
You also have the right to gain insight to what information is registered about you.
